The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Mowbray Public School Parents and Citizen’s Association Inc. (the P&C) will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday 19 March, 2024 online and in the school library.
At the AGM on 19 March, 2024 all P&C Executive positions and Representative positions are vacated and elections are held. Financial members may vote in the election only if they attend the AGM. Members who are not able to attend the AGM, should submit apologies to the Secretary and indicate in writing if they are happy to accept a nomination to a position or wish to nominate for a position. Any member wishing to nominate for a position, should complete an AGM Self Nomination form (link below) to nominate themselves or an AGM Nomination form (link below) to nominate another member. Completed forms can be emailed to the Secretary or brought to the AGM.
Following the AGM is the March General P&C Meeting.
